@edwardjensen.net Downtown Saint Paul reminds me very much of downtown Phoenix pre-2006. There’s so much great infrastructure here, but it’s missing a spark to kick things off. So much of downtown Saint Paul’s economic eggs are still in the government basket - guess that’s what happens when you’re the Capital City.
